A divisional police officer and deputy superintendent of the Nigeria police force in Gidan Madi Local government Sokoto state
Was
murdered at 1 a.m on September 17 2020
According to report the bandits storm the community with motorcycles shooting sporadically and headed straight to the police station.
The bandit killed DPO and one inspector on and abducted their house wives, it was a terrible experience for the Gidan Madi residents as investigation is currently on going.
