World Malaria Day: African Consumer Care observe with Odomos Mosquito repellent~details below


 A subsidiary of Dabur International Limited “Africa Consumer care Ltd (AFCC)” celebrated world Malaria day 2021 with their global Mosquito repellent brand ‘ODOMOS’ through “Odmos stop malaria campaign” 

Which was rolled out across Nigeria in 2019, under Stop Malaria campaign Odomos so far has directly contacted and educated over 50,000 hospitals

 ‘OPO’ visitors in over 200 and PHC’s in Lagos, qIbadan and Kano in the last two years through doctors and professional Nurses and free sampled a large number of Odomos trial packs. 

World Malaria celebration day 2021 was kicked off with doctors and final year students of Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) at the Okin Arin market, Lagos Island as well as Ojuwoye market Mushin on 26 April, 2021. 

The activities was related with detailing on prevention of Malaria with new  Mosquitos repellent creams. 

‘ODOMOS’  prevention and reducing it by reducing the incidence of  Mosquito bites. 

In addition, symptoms and treatment were also detailed to the consumers, customer of the market area, a large quantity of ‘ODOMOS’  cream was sampled for free as part of the “Stop Malaria Campaign”. 

The programme was attended by Mr Mahbub Baset, the Head of Marketing, Dabur-West Africa, Mr Ola Ojo Sunkanmi, RSM Lagos AFCC, and AFCC Rosemary Nnaji Brand Executive and Representative of the National distributor FMCL. 

“Odomos Hospital OPD Anti-Malaria Education Campaign will resume from May-June 2021 periods in Lagos Hospitals and PHC’s.
