Tension in Afghanistan as a pregnant police woman was shot dead~details below

 Tension escalating day by day following the amid rise cases of repression of women in Afghanistan.

A police woman whose name is Banu Negar was shot dead right in front of her family on Saturday in (Firoszkoh) the capital of central Ghor province in Afghanistan.

But the Taliban had denied the allegations in the involvement of the woman’s death and are investigating the cause of her death.

while Taliban told BBC correspondent that they are aware of the incident and had no involvement, in a statement by spokesman Zabiullah Mujaheed he said “we are aware of the incident and I am confirming that the Taliban have not killed her, our investigation is ongoing.”

he further said that, “the Taliban had already announced an amnesty for people who worked for the previous administration, and Negar’s murder down to ‘personal enemity or something else.”

 evidence of her death is still being upheld as many Firoszkoh are scared to speak up, but a source had told BBC correspondent that the Taliban beat and shot officer Negar on the head in front of her husband and children.

The family of the deceased had supplied graphic images showing blood splattered on a wall at the corner of a room and a body with the face roughly disfigured.

According to the family of the deceased Negar who worked at the local prison was eight months pregnant.
