Adunni Ade Speaks on How She Finds Speaking Yoruba Language Draining

Famous American born Nollywood actress, Adunni Ade speaks on how she finds speaking Yoruba language draining.

While featuring in a recent episode of the Channels Television programme, Morning Brief, the actress speaks on how she finds speaking Yoruba language. 

She  said that she  prefers English which is Nigeria’s lingua franca, stating that all the other languages should be put aside.

In her words:  “Speaking Yoruba is draining, sometimes it hurts my nerves. The first language that we know in Nigeria is English. Let’s put all the other languages aside.”
