Foiled Robbery Plot and Murder Attempt in Bauchi State
The Bauchi State Police stopped a robbery plan that could have ended in deaths.
They arrested Mustapha Tahiti, a 35-year-old medical recorder, who planned to kill his cousin and his wife. Tahiti admitted to the crime, saying he wanted to use insecticide to poison them and steal their things.
The police found the syringe with the poison. Tahiti was upset because his cousin married his late brother’s wife, who he also loved.
The Police Commissioner said Tahiti will go to court after the investigation. He promised to keep working to stop crime in Bauchi State.
