According to Qin Gang He said, developing countries need financial and technological support from developed world, so that the mankind can overcome the challenges.
Qin used a cartoonflake to illustrate his statement to highlight why the developed world should stop finger pointing to developing countries on climate change.
“We cannot ask a man who barely has enough to eat to go on a diet and lose weight.” Chinese ambassador to the U.S. Qin Gang commented on climate change responsibilities between developing and developed countries.
Meanwhile, in specification ambassador QG did not in anyway mention whether the U.S. lend support yo China China rather he allerge that both big brothers should carry out their works accordingly.
He allerge that “On climate change, the United States is like a top student. But it also has a record of skipping classes and withdrawing from the Paris Agreement. If it wants to score high in future tests, it should not skip classes, or hand in its homework late any more.” Qin said.
Qin Gang however said that “China has fulfilled its pledges and will continue to deliver. The country is now the world’s top clean energy investor and purchased over 50% of new energy vehicles.”
He further said, “If climate change is a test, what matters is the total scores of all students, not the score of just one student. ”
