Funke Akindele’s ‘A Tribe Called Judah’ Earns Over N1.4 Billion in Just Ten Weeks!
Funke Akindele, a well-known Nigerian actress and filmmaker, has reached another milestone in the film business, with her film “A Tribe Called Judah” collecting more than N1.4 billion within ten weeks of its release, making it the highest-grossing Nigerian film ever.
Akindele expressed gratitude for the success and encouraged young ladies to pursue their dreams.
The film’s distributor, Film One, hailed the crowd for their support, calling it the ultimate cinematic victory of 2023/2024.
Akindele’s flicks, “A Tribe Called Judah,” “Battle On Buka Street,” and “Omo Ghetto The Saga,” are the highest-grossing Nollywood films.
