“I Gave My Song ‘Blow My Mind’ to Davido” – WurlD
In a recent interview with 3Music TV in Accra, Ghana, the singer and songwriter WurlD revealed that he gave his song “Blow My Mind” to Davido, a Nigerian music star.
The song ‘Blow My Mind’ was released by Davido and American R&B singer Chris Brown in 2019. However, WurlD recently claimed that he penned the song.
He explained that, initially, he couldn’t envision a good purpose for the song. However, after recognizing its potential, he decided to give it to Davido, believing that the Afrobeat star would be the best fit for thereby song.
He explained, “I didn’t have a use for ‘Blow My Mind’ at that time. Collaborating with Davido and Chris Brown, it’s just a beautiful thing to share my art with another artist and, at the same time, witness how well the song has been received”
