Nigerian Artist, Tekno Opens Up About Being Selfish and Prioritizing Self-Love

During a recent interview with content creator Franck Fun in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, the Nigerian singer Augustine Kelechi, popularly known as Tekno, has candidly shared that he considers himself a selfish person because he loves himself immensely.

He put thus; “I love myself so much. I am a very selfish person. But it’s okay to be selfish. Because for life na only dem born and na only you go walka go.”

During the interview, Tekno also shared that he is back in Nigeria to reconnect with his roots, experience local dishes, and enjoy life. He concluded with advice for young people, encouraging them to ensure they find joy in everything they do.

He stated that, “I’m happy to be home in Ebonyi. I’m here to try the foods. I’ve eaten so many foods abroad. I’m an American boy. So, I’m back home now to taste some local dishes. And I’m happy to be back home.”
