Indian’s voices echo in unison as they say ‘NO’ to Maldives with the trending hashtag #Boycott Maldives, following the abuses being rained on them and their Prime Minister – Narendra Modi. The ‘Boycott’ in the hashtag indicates a withdrawal from the Maldives, as India’s netizens suggest Lakshadweep Island as a tourist attraction center.

The insults came from three Ministers of the Maldives who have currently been suspended over such derogatory and racist comments.

In a bid to tolerate no disrespect and also maintain solidarity with the nation, the CEO and founder of Ease My Trip, Nishant Pitti, has cancelled more than 8000 hotel bookings and 2500 flight tickets to the Maldives.
