APC Group to Obi and Atiku: Use Your Money to Help Poor Nigerians
The Confederation of All Progressives Congress (APC) Support Groups urges opposition figures Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar to use their wealth to alleviate poverty and unemployment in Nigeria.
During a press briefing in Abuja on Saturday, February 10, the group’s Director-General, Prof. Mohammed Kailani, expressed support for President Bola Tinubu and his goals for the country.
Kailani stated, “President Tinubu has the vision and strategic capacity to address the challenges facing Nigeria and improve the quality of life for all citizens.”
He advised the opposition leaders to focus on resolving issues within their own political parties before offering advice to the administration. Kailani emphasized the importance of realistic strategies grounded in evidence and comprehensive planning.
Regarding the opposition leaders’ comments, Kailani criticized them for not investing their considerable wealth to create jobs and reduce poverty in Nigeria. He suggested that their defeat in elections may have led to their current approach of wishful thinking politics.
