Ekiti School Abduction: Driver Killed, Children Released After N15M Ransom

A driver was shot and killed by kidnappers in Ekiti State, Nigeria, while children and staff from Apostolic Faith Group Schools were abducted. The kidnappers demanded a ransom of N100 million but later settled for N15 million, along with other items.

After negotiations, the victims were released, although one person remains missing.

The survivors are undergoing medical and trauma treatment. Ekiti State Governor vows to apprehend the perpetrators while the police investigate the incident.
