FMBN collects over N100 billion for the National Housing Fund in 2023.
The Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) is collaborating with Shelter Afrique Development Bank to rehabilitate 46 abandoned housing projects in Nigeria.
This alliance intends to provide construction and mortgage funding to developers.
FMBN intends to provide 100,000 housing units this year and is looking into finance sources, including revising existing agreements with Shelter Afrique.
Meanwhile, FMBN received more than N100 billion in remittances through the National Housing Fund in 2023.
