Naira to British Pound Exchange Rate Has Reached a Record Low of Over 2,000 Naira

Nigeria’s indigenous currency, the Naira, is depreciating significantly against the British pound, with the parallel market value of Naira rising to over 2,000.

A Bureau de Change operator named Malam Ibrahim verified the rise from N1,930 on Saturday, which was the Naira’s lowest point in history.

In the parallel foreign exchange market, the Naira also lost value in relation to the dollar.
