Okafor Motors and SCC Work Together to Create Solar-Powered Tricycles

The goal of NrG Company, which was founded by Nigerian carmaker Okafor Motors in collaboration with Sustainable Communities Corporation (SCC), is to mass-produce Nikeke tricycles that run on solar electricity.

As part of the collaboration, SCC subsidiary WinBat’s hemp battery technology will be used, which might transform Nigeria’s transport infrastructure and elevate operators out of poverty.
