Oyo State Government Considers Partnership with INCiTiS-FOOD for Sustainable Urban Food Systems

of Oyo State announced a courtesy visit by representatives of INCiTiS-FOOD, led by Prof Dr Gertrud Buchenrieder and Dr Emmanuel Benjamin, along with Dr Olusegun Oyebola from the University of Ibadan.

Other members included Thomas Essel from AFRACA, Prof Ranka Junge from Zurich University, Ingo Bäser from Aquaponik Manufaktur GmbH, and Olivera Trivunic from Foodscale Hub.

INCiTiS-FOOD aims to partner with the Oyo State Government to join the Milan Urban Food Policy Pact, focusing on training urban residents, particularly youth and women, to enhance sustainable food systems and create employment opportunities.
