Tragic Attack: Husband Killed, Wife Abducted by Gunmen in Plateau State

Gunmen suspected of being kidnappers have perpetrated a tragic incident in Bokkos Local Government Area of Plateau State, resulting in the death of Sule Gwamnati and the abduction of his wife, Blessing.

According to reports, Gwamnati was fatally shot during an assault on their family residence in the early hours of Friday, February 16, 2024.

Despite being rushed to a hospital in Jos for treatment, Gwamnati succumbed to his injuries a few hours later.

A distressing message was circulated by Luther Dafwang, a relative of the victim’s wife, appealing for prayers from members of the Assemblies of God Church in Jos.

Kefas Mallai, the Chairman of Community Peace Observers in Bokkos, confirmed the harrowing incident, revealing that the assailants also abducted Blessing Sule after attacking the couple.
