Billionaire Tunde Ayeni Takes Legal Action Against Ex-Girlfriend Over Passport Name Use
Billionaire Tunde Ayeni has asked the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) to cancel any passports with his name used by Adaobi Alagwu and her child.
Ayeni, through his lawyer Dele Adesina, declared these passports fake because he has no family connection with Alagwu’s daughter.
This action follows Alagwu’s attempt to use Ayeni’s name on her daughter’s passport, even after a DNA test proved Ayeni isn’t the father. Ayeni also sent a legal notice to Alagwu to stop using his family name for her daughter.
Their dispute escalated when Alagwu trespassed on Ayeni’s property and was arrested. Ayeni’s lawyers warned Alagwu to stay away from his family and property.
Alagwu’s behavior, including insults, led to her detention by the police. Ayeni’s lawyers emphasized that Ayeni denies paternity and won’t tolerate Alagwu’s false claims.
