Lagos promises to handle overpopulation in government public schools

 The Lagos State Government has said handling overpopulation in state funded schools across the state is working.

The Chief General, Office of Training Quality Affirmation, Mrs Abiola Seriki-Ayeni, in a select visit with The Report, said the state government had quality schooling for students in schools in the state as its highest need.

Talking on the educator understudy proportion by the Public Instruction Strategy which suggests 1:40 for auxiliary schools, 1:35 for grade schools, and 1:25 for preschoolers, the OEQA DG said the public authority was fabricating more schools where existing schools are overpopulated and utilizing more qualified educators while preparing existing ones in successful class the board.
