Veteran Nollywood Actor Dejumo Lewis Passes Away at 80
Renowned Nollywood actor Dejumo Lewis, known for his roles in Yoruba movies and iconic performances in projects like “The Village Headmaster,” has sadly passed away at the age of 80.
The news of Lewis’s demise was confirmed by his colleague, Saidi Balogun, who shared the somber announcement on Instagram.
“Good night DEJUMO LEWIS, may your soul rest in perfect peace,” Balogun posted on the social media platform.
Dejumo Lewis was a seasoned actor with an illustrious career, contributing memorable performances to films such as “A Place in the Stars,” “Crossroads,” and “Power of 1.”
He became particularly celebrated for his portrayal of the Kabiyesi role in the iconic television series, “The Village Headmaster.”
