UK Government Adds Over 31,000 Companies to Skilled Worker Sponsorship List

The United Kingdom has recently updated its list of licensed companies and organizations permitted to sponsor skilled immigrants through the temporary worker immigration route. As of January 12, 2024, the updated list comprises 99,856 approved companies, indicating a substantial increase from the 68,630 recorded in January 2023.

Diverse sectors such as technology, commerce, education, media, advertisement, and engineering are represented among the approved entities. The skilled worker route encompasses various categories like charity workers, skilled workers, creative workers, global business mobility, senior or specialist workers, and international sportspersons.
