Power Outage Hits Parts of Abuja Due to Technical Fault
Parts of Abuja are currently experiencing a power outage due to a technical fault on a 33-kilovolt feeder in the Central Area.
The Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) announced this through its official communication platform. Affected areas include Dakibiyu, Kado Estate, part of Life Camp, Efab Estate, and surrounding areas.
AEDC assured customers that their technical team is working to restore electricity to the affected areas. They apologized for any inconvenience caused and thanked customers for their patience.
Additionally, AEDC stated that power supply has been restored to Kapwa Village, Kapwa Ruga, Legislative Institute, Piwoyi Village, and the back of Dunamis Church in Abuja.
