The Cameroonian Football Federation expressed astonishment and anger with the Sports Ministry’s unilateral selection of Marc Brys as Cameroon’s new national football team coach, succeeding Rigobert Song.
The federation regarded the judgement as contradictory to existing regulations and stated that it intends to examine further. Song took the team to the round of 16 in the Africa Cup of Nations before his contract terminated.
