Sir Alex Ferguson’s £3.25 million Cheshire mansion sold after a price drop: Exclusive Details
Sir Alex Ferguson, the former Manchester United manager, has sold his Cheshire property for £3.25 million, after first offering it for £3.5 million following the death of his wife, Lady Cathy.
A big reception space, games room, gym, and well-kept grounds are among the opulent features of the five-bedroom residence.
Ferguson, now 82, had struggled to sell the house but was able to find a buyer after lowering the price.
He has recently moved to a smaller property in Goostrey to be closer to his family.
